CONGRATULATIONS to the winners of the competitions which ran in the last two
issues of Call Centre Europe.
Paul Miller, contact centre director at Prolog Direct, is now the owner of a
signed Lancashire County Cricket Club, first prize in the word square
competition, sponsored by LBM, which appeared in issue No. 69.
Runners-up, who each won a pair of tickets for any Twenty20 match at Old
Trafford, were Andrew Parkes, customer service and lending manager at Ocean
Finance, and Stephen Ashley, head of customer service operations at Reuters.
In the same issue we published a spot-the-differences competition, sponsored by
Teasel, where the first prize was an Xbox 360. Adam Larkin, contact centre
manager at Neopost, won it.
Each of two runners-up won £20 HMV vouchers. They were Simon Jowett, deputy
head of telemarketing at AWD Home Finance, and Paul Carine, senior manager at
Alliance & Leicester, Leeds.
Our last issue (No. 70) featured a spot-the-differences competition sponsored by
NeXt Replay. Richard Renouf, head of consumer affairs at Carpetright, won the
first prize, a Nintendo DS Lite.
There were nine runners-up prizes of £10 Virgin gift vouchers.
